Smola Beach Bar is located on the forested peninsula of Frkanj where there is a restaurant of the same name. Enjoy cocktails and a unique sunset with the relaxing sounds of crickets, tireless summer singers.

Frkanj is also called the Island of Love. It is an oasis of peace, clean, open, blue sea and rocky beaches surrounded by the shade of a dense pine forest. It is located opposite the town of Rab, only 500 m airline, from which it is separated by the indented bay of Sv. Euphemia. This place has long been recognized as an ideal bathing destination and summer all-day resort.

Boats regularly bring tourists to Frkanj for swimming from the port of Rab, and this tradition of transporting bathers lasts from the very beginning of tourism on the island and makes a kind of real summer experience. The line runs from May to October when the restaurant is open. The line is maintained by three traditional wooden boats. The cruise lasts 15 minutes and is a unique experience. It is a ride with a panoramic view of the town of Rab, views of the walls and four unique bell towers. Frkanj can also be reached by car.
